For long to medium runs, we have perfected a modular offset production model. We operate in parallel two Heidelberg Printmasters 74 and 2 Printmasters 54 on two 8 hours daily shifts with the flexibility to add, based on demand , an additional 8 hours shift. By running simultaneously 4 jobs and the ability to add on demand 34% to our daily production capacity, we have been able to shorten dramatically our offset turnaround time which averages 80 hours depending on volume.
For short run color jobs, we use exclusively Océ seven color imaging technology with patented Color Print Press technology. Unlike conventional color processes, that layer toner to achieve desired results and are susceptible to cracking and peeling, Océ Print press process lays colors side by side onto an imaging drum and then presses a single layer of toner into the fiber of the paper. The result is output that looks and feels like offset printing
For grey scale prints, we use
exclusively Océ VarioPrint Titanium presses to produces all images with crisp precision—at 125 lines per inch, including fine halftones. Unlike conventional digital machines, Oce presses use patented print press technology to press the ink into the fiber of the paper rather than fuse it with heat. The result are crisp text and graphics and unparallelled fine halftones.
